Responsible Rewards & Membership Program

1. Fortitudo Group operates a responsible Rewards Loyalty program.

2. It is free to join the Rewards Program.

3. Once the membership application has been processed, the member is automatically included in Fortitudo Group Rewards Loyalty Program. Participation in the program by a Member constitutes acceptance by that Member of the terms & conditions.

4. Membership of the program is activated from the time the membership is processed and the member receives their membership card.

5. Membership levels are known as Achievement Levels (“Achievements”) and are applied at the discretion of Fortitudo Group Rewards Loyalty Program. Members can qualify for a promotion to the next Achievement level based on the number of Achievement points earned or at the discretion of the General Manager only. Member Achievement Levels are reviewed twice a year. Reviews are conducted in January and July. Enquires about the loyalty program can be made via emailing or calling the venue.

6. You must be 18 or over to be a Member of Fortitudo Group Rewards Loyalty Program and the member must not be a prior Self Excluded Member or barred member of any venue in the group.

7. Fortitudo Group Rewards Loyalty Program terms, as detailed in the brochures and promotional material included on https://www.fortitudogroup.com.au, kiosks, guidelines, and codes of conduct as issued by Fortitudo Group property from time to time (“Terms”) govern your membership of Fortitudo Group Rewards  Loyalty Program. The latest version of these terms are available at Fortitudo Group website at https://www.fortitudogroup.com.au and from any of the group's venues.

8. The Terms (including benefits) may be changed at any time without notice by Fortitudo Group. The new Loyalty Program elements when updated, will be updated on the relevant publications and can be found on the group’s website.

9. Fortitudo Group will use its best endeavours to provide notice to Members of any changes to the Terms where there is a material adverse effect on Members in writing or SMS. This condition is not applicable if the change is required by legislative or Government directive. It is the responsibility of the member to stay up to date with these Terms.

Member Cards, Program Benefit Levels and Points Earning Rates

10. The following table of contents details the current offers and benefits offered to members who participate in the FORTITUDO REWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM:

11. Members can earn, receive, and redeem Bonus Points at any Fortitudo Group venue. For details see Fortitudo Rewards Loyalty Program guide. Bonus Points currently include Achievement Credits, these may change as required by changes to the loyalty program.

12. Earning Achievement Credits and Bonus Points

  • 1 Achievement credit is earned per $10.00 turnover on EGMs

  • 1 Achievement credit is earned per $10.00 spend on food, beverage and retail.

  • 1 Bonus Point is earned per $10.00 turnover on EGMs

  • 1 Bonus Point is earned per $1.00 spend on food, beverage and retail.

Achievement Credits and Bonus Points are earned when you correctly swipe or insert your membership card for all eligible transactions; Gaming, Food, Beverage, Retail and kiosk.

Achievement Credits are not redeemable for cash or goods and services, they are simply a measurement of the Members loyalty level of the Fortitudo Group Loyalty Program. Bonus Points are spendable and worth 1 cent each.

Achievement Credits and Bonus Points Expiration

Bonus Points are reset yearly for Bronze members. Silver, Gold and Diamond members points will rollover.

Achievement Credits will reset yearly depending if a player fails to meet the criteria.

A member must meet the following Achievement Credit criteria yearly to maintain their position in their tier.

13. Fortitudo Group membership cards are issued for the personal use of the member and are non-transferable. Cards cannot be lent, borrowed or used by any person who is not the member on the card.

14. A member is responsible for keeping their membership card and Personal Identification Number (PIN) secure as use of the bonus points and Member benefit is the sole responsibility of the member.

15. A member must immediately notify Fortitudo Group of changes to their details, advise of any lost, stolen, or malfunctioning membership card or any unauthorized use of your membership card.

16. Fortitudo Group may at its discretion adjust a Member's bonus points, benefits, or Achievement levels and may cancel your membership if you misuse your card, bonus points, benefits, or venue facilities or allow someone else to negatively impact the program.

17. We may adjust your bonus points and other Member benefits if they incorrectly accrue or on the suspension of your Membership, or cancellation of your membership. Fortitudo Group Achievement Credits will expire annually.

18. Malfunction of any or all promotions, earning methodologies, or incorrect data entry that causes a Member to inaccurately receive a benefit, bonus, or Achievement upgrade will be deemed incorrect and the transaction will be reversed with clear and timely notification to the member of the correction to their Membership program.

19. Upon the Member’s death or exclusion from the venue, all Fortitudo Group Rewards Loyalty Program membership cards, loyalty points, Achievements, and any other Member benefits and privileges cease to be valid.

Rewards Points and Redeeming Points & Benefits

20. Fortitudo Group Program provides Members with the opportunity to earn Bonus Points that can be used to purchase food and beverage, Eftpos cards or redeemed for cash. Bonus Points will expire after 12 months and Fortitudo Group reserves the right to change this condition at any time.

Termination of Access to Fortitudo Rewards Loyalty Program

21. Fortitudo Group may terminate your access to Fortitudo Group  Loyalty Program and your participation in any or all benefits or eligibility to redeem your existing points at any time if; you commit a serious breach of the Terms or any other terms of Fortitudo Group Loyalty Program or you have been excluded from the venue.

Additional Clause for Application as Relevant

22. Fortitudo Group REWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM is subject to the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 and the rules under the Act (“AML/CTF Laws”). Fortitudo Group if legally obliged to by regulatory and/or law enforcement agencies or to other third parties, may provide the regulatory and/or law enforcement agencies or to other third parties with requested information about a Members participation in Fortitudo Group Rewards Loyalty Program.

23. It is the sole responsibility of the member to provide up to date personal details relating to mailing address, contact telephone/mobile numbers, and email address as relevant. Fortitudo Group accepts no responsibility for communication interruptions related to a member failing to provide current contact details.

25. Decisions made in relation to Fortitudo Group Rewards Loyalty Program are final and binding.

26. QLD Law – The Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws referring to the gaming machine legislation and requirements.
