Fortitudo Group Rewards Program “Fortitudo Rewards” is offered by the Fortitudo Group Venues including Boathouse Tavern, Treetops Tavern and the QA Hotel and associated bottle shops which can be found on our website.
Joining Fortitudo Rewards is free but subject to completing the application form. A limit of one membership per person applies and only eligible persons over the age of 18 may join. Excluded persons are not eligible for Membership.
An application to become a Member and ongoing participation in Fortitudo Rewards including redemption of benefits constitutes acceptance by that Member of the Terms and Conditions on this form as well as the full Terms and Conditions available at www.fortitudogroup.com.au/terms-conditions-2021. The Terms, including benefits may be changed from time to time and if changed will be updated on Fortitudo Group’s website.
As a member you may earn and redeem loyalty points at each of the Fortitudo Group Venues as well as receive promotional offers. How you earn points may vary and we may engage with others including suppliers to provide Members benefits.
Membership is granted and maintained at the sole and absolute discretion of the Fortitudo Group Venues and Management. Membership does not change our obligation to adhere to relevant laws including the service of alcohol or provision of gaming entertainment.
We reserve the right to adjust your loyalty points and or cancel Membership where the program has been misused or you have enabled someone else to misuse the program. Membership and points may be canceled for a Member who becomes an excluded person.
It is a Member’s responsibility to ensure they keep up to date with the Terms and Conditions.
The Fortitudo Group Venues adhere to the Privacy Act 1988. You are entitled to know what personal information is held by the Fortitudo Group. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties, unless lawful and practical, and we will only disclose your personal information to a third party and for a secondary purpose to the extent provided by the Privacy Act 1988.
The Fortitudo Group Venues have reporting obligations to regulatory authorities including government gaming authorities as well as obligations to collect and report information under AML/CTF laws. By participating in gaming activity at Fortitudo Group Venues you consent to the legal requirement to provide personal information to government bodies and or law enforcement agencies where legally required.
